Front Desk Coordinator Needed
Our established and growing practice needs an upbeat individual to set the expectations for appointments and assure our patients their visits will go as smoothly as possible. This position is perfect for someone who can multitask, likes interacting with different people, and wants to be on a team of professionals. Offering the stability of a career in healthcare with the freedom of weekends off.
NO Experience Needed:
Prior medical office or healthcare administration experience can be helpful, but it’s certainly not required. All applicants welcome to apply! We offer paid on-the-job training, believing that knowledge is power; we want ALL our team members to be successful & fulfilled!!
Some of your duties will include:
- Making patients feel welcome as the first point of contact at our office
- Pleasantly answering questions and making appointments for existing and potential patients
- Creating, reviewing and organizing patient medical charts for accuracy and authenticity
-Working with Insurance companies, staying up to date on requirements for eligibility and prior authorizations
- Using your friendliest phone voice to answer incoming calls, take messages, complete outreach to patients (some re-engagement required)
- Consistent cross-training for optimal career growth (offered and expected)
- Educate patients regarding treatment plan payment options. Per office financial policies; discussing outside financing options, benefit programs and/or insurance benefits, as applicable
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
