BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Onsite Administrator opportunity in Medford, OR!
Position Title: Onsite Administrator
Location: Medford, OR
Anticipated Start Date: 07/07

Expected Duration: 12+ months contract + Renewable
Job Type: [PART TIME (>=20HRS WEEKLY) [CONTRACT], [ONSITE]
Pay Range:$22 - $24/hr

Description
The primary responsibility of an OSA is to ensure the customer printer environment is up and running. OSAs must be proactive and anticipate potential challenges before they arise. This involves staying ahead of the curve and ensuring that printers are clean and well-maintained to avoid any unexpected surprises. Speed and agility are crucial in these situations to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation.
Collaboration is key in the life of an OSA. They engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure that printer issues are resolved quickly. OSAs interact with various stakeholders, including CSMs, SDMs and Field Technicians to gather valuable insights and feedback that shape service delivery efforts.
To excel in this role, an OSA needs to possess several key skills. Proactivity is essential, as OSAs must anticipate and address potential challenges before they escalate. Being a good communicator is crucial for effectively collaborating with customers and internal teams. Attention to detail ensures that we can deliver the services in an efficient manner. Lastly, a hands-on approach allows OSAs to tackle challenges directly and implement solutions swiftly.
An OSA is critical to overall services team assigned to the customer and this comprehensive responsibility requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
• Replace consumables, including customer provided paper, at each device location
• Ensure adequate consumables are available at customer sites
• Clear paper jams
• Assist end user with device functionality
• Report customer dissatisfaction to CM
• Assist with the collection of usage pages per devices as needed
• Swap out devices with spares as needed.
Education & Experience Recommended
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-5 years of related work experience, preferably in maintenance, quality, or a related field.
