Job DescriptionWe seek a motivated, goal-oriented Manager to assume full responsibility for day-to-day management of our marina and RV resort in Stockton, California. The successful candidate for this position will:
· Manage customer service activities · Hire, train, motivate and manage all employees· Manage maintenance of docks, buildings, grounds and equipment· Comply with all regulatory requirements· Responsible for budgets, expenses and management reporting· Ensure the safety and security of customers, guests and staff at all times
Ideal candidate experience will include:
· At least five years’ experience in management or supervisory roles· Possess strong leadership qualities · Relevant experience in boating, leisure or hospitality industries· Competent use of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and/or other standard business software applications· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills · Proven interest in achieving results of both routine and complex tasks. Willing to provide hands-on support to team members. · Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus
