ONSITE - The onsite location is Neville Island in Pittsburgh. Sometimes the Google maps will take you to the wrong place. On a Zoom photo it’s the skeleton building that is being built.

URGENT : There will not be interviews for this role. We are asking and trusting that suppliers thoroughly vet the CWs and ensure that they are willing to go onsite and work core business hours (with some mild flexibility) in a nice, modernized warehouse space. There will be very little necessary training for this role. Pontoon will diligently review the resumes, make sure the CW skills

Overview
Contract opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented contract warehouse assistant to support marketing and fulfillment operations. This role focuses on assembling marketing materials, combining printed collateral, stuffing envelopes, and preparing items for shipment. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Assemble and bundle marketing materials according to project specifications
Stuff envelopes and prepare mailers for distribution
Maintain an organized workspace and follow established processes
Assist with inventory counts and supply restocking as needed
Ensure accuracy and quality across all materials handled
Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
Qualifications
Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience a plus, but not required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced but supportive environment
Work Environment & Schedule
Weekday daylight hours only; no weekend work required
Light warehouse/fulfillment tasks
Team-oriented environment with clear instructions and support
Drug Screening: The 9-panel drug screen will still be conducted. It is important to highlight that marijuana will not be included in this screen. The substances tested for will include amphetamines, cocaine, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, methamphetamine, methadone, oxycodone, phencyclidine, and opiates.
Background Checks: The scope of the background check has been narrowed from adult life to the past seven years. Any felony convictions identified will be subject to review by Highmark HR Legal.
Education and Employment Verification: Verification of education and prior employment history will no longer be required.
Continued Checks: Social Security verification and sanction checks with the OIG and OFAC, along with employment eligibility confirmation, will remain part of the standard process.
