We are Alliance Tree Care Inc., a woman-owned and operated tree care company proudly serving the seven-county metro area from our Forest Lake office and shop. We’re looking for an organized, motivated, and personable Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join our small, rural office.

Position Details
- Schedule: Full-time, semi - flexible hours, 8 hours a day Monday–Friday
- Location: In-office only (Forest Lake, MN – no remote work)
- Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
- Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional administrative and executive support directly to ownership.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings with precision.
- Organize and maintain files, systems, and office operations.
- Make outgoing client calls (not sales-related).
- Assist with social media management and content creation.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
- Answer phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Run errands (personal and business-related).
- Occasionally assist with light ranch or outdoor tasks, and personal home tasks.
Requirements
- Honest, responsible, and dependable.
- Strong computer skills and general office software knowledge.
- Familiarity with marketing and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Mature work ethic and life experience.
- Drug- and alcohol-free background.
- Criminal free background.
- Loyal, trustworthy, and eager to grow both personally and professionally.
- Comfortable working in a male-dominated environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in project coordination and office management preferred.
- Must love the outdoors, animals, 3 office cats, and most of all trees.
- Willing to assist occasionally with outdoor tasks (e.g., directing traffic or light debris hauling).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
