Under the guidance of the Manager or Supervisor of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program, and the Fitness First initiative.
Position Overview:Job Description:
Education: A graduate from a recognized Exercise Physiology program accredited by the relevant national body is required. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is essential.
Licensure: Specific licensure details will be provided during the hiring process.
Experience: Relevant experience in the field is preferred.
Certifications: A valid CPR certification is mandatory. Additionally, ACLS certification must be obtained within the first year of employment.
Other Qualifications:
- Preferred Education: A Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Preferred Licensure: Relevant licensure is advantageous.
- Preferred Experience: Experience as an Exercise Physiologist in a hospital environment and/or completion of an Exercise Physiology internship is preferred.
- Preferred Certifications: Certification from ACSM is recommended. Membership in a professional organization is also encouraged.
