Position Overview


Mb Staffing Services is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with hands-on experience supporting FOIA request processing in a professional or government environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track FOIA requests and deadlines
  • Draft and send communications to custodial departments
  • Follow up on responses and ensure compliance timelines
  • Review and organize documents, conduct redactions
  • Perform electronic filing and document conversion (PDF/Word)
  • Support legal staff with research and administrative tasks


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years paralegal/legal support experience (FOIA preferred)
  • Must have Paralegal certificate
  • Strong writing, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe PDF tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
