Now Hiring: Production Associates
Protech Staffing is hiring dependable, hardworking Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team!
This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with competitive pay, overtime, and attendance incentives.
Pay: $17/hour + $300 Perfect Attendance Bonus
Shifts: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM - 8–10+ hour shifts with plenty of overtime available
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and committed to showing up consistently
- Comfortable with physically demanding, hands-on work
- Able to work extended shifts and overtime
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Strong stamina and physical endurance
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Ready to make this job a priority
What You’ll Do
- Perform production and general labor duties as assigned
- Safely handle materials and finished products
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
- Work with your team to keep production running efficiently
