What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a driven and experienced Employment Discrimination Plaintiff Attorney who is ready to fight for justice in the workplace. The ideal candidate will be a skilled litigator with a deep understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and a passion for representing individuals in complex discrimination and retaliation matters.
What’s in it for You
- The annual salary for this position is up to $150,000 annually, plus 4% of the cases. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Requirements
- Proven litigation experience in employment discrimination law
- Strong writing skills, including drafting complaints, motions, and legal briefs
- Excellent deposition and courtroom advocacy abilities
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Deep knowledge of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, NYSHRL, and NYCHRL laws
