Who We Are Looking For:

The Principal Engagement Engineer is the highest-level technical authority within ANM’s Managed Services organization. This individual serves as both the final escalation point for Priority-1/2 incidents across all managed-services customers and the primary technical advisor and environment owner for a portfolio of strategic accounts. • Influence service standards, tooling, and automation; pilot emerging technologies for future managed service offerings
  • Participate in a rotational on-call schedule for high-priority escalations

Required education, technical skills, and/or experience:

  • Expert-level Cisco certification (CCIE-Enterprise or CCIE-Routing & Switching) required

    • 3+ years of experience managing and troubleshooting Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama, including Prisma Access and Prisma SD-WAN
    • 3+ years of experience with Automation / Programmability: Python / Ansible

Consulting and Soft Skills:

  • Proven ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-aligned recommendations for engineers, managers, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated collaboration with Sales and Client Success teams to uncover and position new services or projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; consistent, customer-focused follow-through.
  • Strong mentoring mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
