Position Summary
Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Data Entry Analyst (Quality Assurance – Remote) to maintain accurate data records, verify quality, and perform detailed audits on data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at identifying discrepancies.
This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Accounts Processing
- Input, verify, and maintain data entries across multiple systems.
- Review entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Correct or escalate errors in data records.
Compliance & Reporting
- Assist in preparing QA reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
- Support audits and data validation processes.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Collaborate with data management, finance, and operations teams.
- Ensure data accuracy aligns with company policies and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data entry or quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in government contracting or defense-related data QA.
- Familiarity with data management platforms and reporting tools.

Work Environment
