Job DescriptionShipping & Logistics Coordinator
Chestnut Ridge, NY | 100% Onsite
Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:15 PM
Pay: Up to $25/hr
We're looking for someone with shipping and logistics experience to support our daily shipping operations.
What You'll Do:
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment
- Check orders for accuracy
- Process shipments through UPS, FedEx, DHL, couriers, and LTL carriers
- Prepare shipping paperwork for domestic and international orders
- Review sales orders and help resolve any errors
- Enter and maintain shipping information in company systems
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of international shipping experience
- Knowledge of import/export and shipping procedures
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work overtime when needed
Pay: Up to $27/hour
Location: Chestnut Ridge, NY
Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
