What You’ll Do

• Lead and support service department personnel, setting the tone for productivity, quality, and professionalism

• Assist customers by clearly explaining service needs, repairs, and recommendations

• Ensure customers are informed and confident throughout the service process

• Monitor technician performance and workflow to maximize efficiency and accuracy

• Hire, train, and mentor service team members to build a strong, cohesive department

• Develop department goals, operating budgets, and strategies to drive growth

• Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) by resolving concerns quickly and effectively

• Stay current on GM products, technology, and required training

What We’re Looking For

• GM Certification required

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a service department (foreman or service manager level)

• Strong customer-focused mindset with proven leadership skills

• High school diploma or higher

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Driven, accountable, and motivated to improve processes, people, and performance
