We're seeking an experienced Apartment HVAC Maintenance Technician to start immediately at a residential community in SE DC. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading property management staffing agency with the potential for long-term placement.

Responsibilities:

<li>Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances</li>
<li>Complete work orders and ensure timely response to maintenance requests</li>
<li>Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property</li>
<li>Assist with special projects and emergency maintenance as needed</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous apartment maintenance experience required</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems</li>
<li>HVAC Certification</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
