<li>Manage strict quality control guidelines in all assigned accounts.</li>
<li>Resolve customer inquiries and complaints</li>
<li>Capitalize on any sales opportunities that emerge in any account.</li>
<li>Communicate with sales reps and management on retail account issues and required follow-ups.</li>
