Department: Maintenance
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
General Description: Responsible for maintaining, trouble-shooting and repairing all production and support equipment.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical machinery repair
Responsible for providing PLC hardware support for the entire facility
Machinery/equipment troubleshooting
Responsible for keeping diagrams, drawings, records, and other documentation organized and easily accessible
Preventive Maintenance (Oiling, greasing, cleaning)
Ladder/Platform work as required
Responding to Malfunction Reports
Documentation of work completed
Regular and consistent attendance
Follow ISO Procedures
Work weekends as required
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
Miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor
Prerequisite Qualifications:
Ability to recognize and understand hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical symbols and circuit diagrams (formal classes preferred)
Mechanical aptitude
Legible handwriting
Able to work independently
Ability to handle multiple activities
