We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Automotive Painter to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
As an Auto Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicles and parts for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.

Mix and match paint colors to achieve an exact match.

Apply paint using spray guns and other refinishing tools.

Inspect and finish painted surfaces for quality and consistency.

Maintain painting equipment and work area in clean, organized condition.

Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:

3+ years of auto body painting experience preferred (will consider strong candidates with less experience).

Knowledge of refinishing techniques, paint systems, and blending.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Essential physical requirements include:

Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, squat, and pull.

Extended periods of bending, kneeling, squatting, and stooping.

Lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.

Standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.

Performing repetitive motions with hands and arms.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position involves regular exposure to:
