Job Title: Material Handler 1
Location: Columbus, NE 68601
Pay: $22.70/hour (W2, including shift differential)
Duration: 12-month contract
Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, rotating schedule including weekends
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse and distribution operations. Responsibilities include picking and packing customer orders, barcode/RF scanning, palletizing, shipment preparation, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Ability to work a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Walkie Rider/motorized pallet jack preferred.
- Must be comfortable using RF scanners and operating material-handling equipment.
- Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required.
- Must be able to work the rotating 6 PM–6 AM schedule, including weekends.
