Location: Cranbury, NJ
Temp-to-Hire position
Forklift drivers are expected to reach P1-3 within one year, with a pay rate of $24/h
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently according to company and OSHA requirements.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and containers.
- Move materials to designated storage areas and production locations.
- Stack and organize inventory safely and accurately.
- Inspect forklifts and report mechanical or safety issues.
- Verify product quantities and labels when moving inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Assist with receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and inventory activities as needed.
- Complete required paperwork, inventory records, or electronic scans.
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to complete certification.
- Ability to safely lift and move materials.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
