Our collection includes designer pieces, in-house custom creations, and an extensive selection of estate jewelry to suit various styles and budgets. The business offers in-house CAD-CAM design services and goldsmith work. Located in charming Easton, MD on Maryland's Eastern Shore, we pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship and customer service.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role located in Easton, MD. The Retail Salesperson will assist customers in selecting jewelry, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering personalized customer service, along with other needs in the showroom. Daily responsibilities include handling sales transactions, maintaining display organization, and building customer relationships to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Jewelry or a willingness to learn and Retail Sales
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience with Sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized display
- Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus but not necessary
- Willingness to learn and adapt
