Work Schedule: Hybrid (On-Site / Remote)
Salary Range: $55,000 – $95,000 annually
A top-tier Intellectual Property is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trademark Paralegal to support its Trademark & Copyright Practice Group. This role involves direct client interaction and hands-on management of domestic and international trademark matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications, Statements of Use, renewals, assignments, and related prosecution documents with the USPTO
- Coordinate and manage foreign trademark filings and maintenance with international counsel
- Communicate with clients, foreign counsel, and government offices regarding trademark matters
- Maintain and organize electronic matter files and ensure accurate database recordkeeping
- Report maintenance deadlines, filing details, office actions, registration and publication updates to clients
- Support trademark-related projects within the practice group
Qualifications
- Paralegal certification and/or college degree preferred
- 3+ years of trademark experience in a law firm or in-house environment preferred (highly motivated candidates with less experience will be considered)
- Experience with USPTO filings and trademark prosecution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
