At Percy, we’re helping skilled professionals find rewarding opportunities at leading property management companies across the country. We’re currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at a 200-unit affordable housing property in Oklahoma City.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential maintenance leadership experience to join a stable, well-established team. The ideal candidate will have HVAC skills, strong leadership capabilities, and comfort working an on-call rotation every third week. Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of two Maintenance Technicians

Manage day-to-day maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance and repairs

Ensure units and common areas are kept in top condition

Respond to after-hours maintenance calls during on-call weeks

Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed

Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols

Collaborate with the Property Manager to meet service and quality goals
Qualifications
-
1+ years of experience as a residential maintenance supervisor

EPA Universal certification required

Strong HVAC knowledge is highly preferred

Comfortable with on-call work (every third week)

Must be able to work effectively in communities with complex reputations
