Job Description
We are looking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Install, assemble, and service HVAC systems in modular homes</li>
<li>Install ductwork, vents, registers, and HVAC components</li>
<li>Read and interpret HVAC plans, drawings, and specifications</li>
<li>Troubleshoot HVAC installation and system issues</li>
<li>Inspect work to ensure it meets company quality and safety standards</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area</li>
<li>Work closely with production team members to meet project schedules</li>
<li>Perform other HVAC-related duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements
<ul>
<li>3+ years of HVAC experience</li>
<li>HVAC license not required</li>
<li>Experience with residential, modular, or manufactured homes is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to read HVAC plans and drawings</li>
<li>Valid driver's license</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and dependable attendance</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship</li>
<li>Must be able to provide required employment eligibility documentation</li>
