Position Overview
We are seeking a polished, hospitality-driven, and highly organized Concierge to join a premier luxury commercial property in Miami Beach.
This individual will play a key role in delivering an exceptional tenant experience by supporting front-of-house operations, coordinating tenant services, managing requests, and ensuring seamless communication between tenants, vendors, and property management.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch hospitality environment and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Support & Service Coordination
• Support the Concierge Manager and front-of-house team with daily operations and tenant service requests
• Coordinate and follow up on tenant requests to ensure timely completion and satisfaction
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and discretion
• Maintain accurate records of tenant requests, preferences, and service history
• Anticipate tenant needs and proactively assist with service solutions
Tenant Communication
• Communicate professionally with tenants via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Provide timely updates regarding service requests, deliveries, amenities, and property-related information
• Ensure all communications reflect a luxury hospitality standard
• Build positive relationships with tenants through exceptional service and responsiveness
Vendor & Partner Coordination
• Coordinate vendor services, appointments, and amenity offerings
• Schedule and confirm logistics for service requests and tenant needs
• Maintain organized vendor records and service documentation
• Communicate service updates and completion statuses to tenants and management
Front Desk & Lobby Operations
• Support front desk operations during peak traffic periods
• Welcome visitors, tenants, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage visitor registrations, package notifications, deliveries, and tenant inquiries
• Assist in maintaining the appearance and presentation of front-of-house areas
• Ensure adherence to established service standards and operational procedures
Event & Tenant Engagement Support
• Assist with tenant appreciation events, wellness programs, networking events, and property activations
• Coordinate event logistics, vendor arrivals, setup requirements, and RSVP tracking
• Provide on-site support during events and tenant programming activities
Administrative Support
• Assist with scheduling coordination and daily task management
• Utilize CRM systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and service documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, customer service, executive support, residential services, hotel operations, or a similar high-touch environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with CRM systems, scheduling software, or service management platforms preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
