Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst – Advanced to serve as a Test Manager supporting a large-scale Case Management System during the Maintenance & Operations phase. This role will lead quality assurance initiatives, testing coordination, defect management, user support, and system enhancement validation while collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software testing, quality assurance leadership, system analysis, and end-user support within enterprise-level applications.
Position Details
- Contract Duration: 12 Months
- Work Schedule: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Testing Leadership
- Serve as the Lead Quality Assurance Analyst for the application support team
- Plan, coordinate, and manage testing activities for system enhancements and maintenance releases
- Develop and execute:
- Regression Testing
- Integration Testing
- Component Testing
- Acceptance Testing
- Performance Testing
- Prepare and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts
- Ensure traceability between requirements, use cases, and testing documentation
- Record, validate, analyze, and report test results and defects
- Lead defect review and incident management meetings
- Coordinate release and defect management activities with vendors and internal teams
System Analysis & Enhancement Support
- Work closely with end users, business analysts, and SMEs to define and validate business requirements
- Support functional analysis and design review activities
- Assist with application configuration and system enhancement validation
- Perform root cause analysis and data analysis for reported issues
- Assist technical teams with custom report development
- Support interface testing and data preparation activities
End User Support & Training
- Provide end-user support and issue resolution
- Assist with development of training materials and workshops
- Deliver user instruction and knowledge transfer sessions
- Coordinate testing schedules and transition activities during system updates and migrations
- Facilitate smooth operational transitions and knowledge transfer processes
Reporting & Documentation
- Provide management reporting on:
- Defect metrics
- Application quality
- User support trends
- Maintain detailed testing documentation and reports
- Review training materials, test reports, and related project deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong experience in:
- Software Testing
- Quality Assurance
- Defect Management
- System Analysis
- End User Support
- Ability to lead testing teams and coordinate cross-functional activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- 5+ years of experience with:
