A rental concierge is responsible for managing dealership service loaner vehicles and providing an exceptional customer experience.
Roles:
- verifies customer eligibility
- checking valid driver’s licenses
- full-coverage insurance
- completes loaner vehicle
- check-in/check-out procedures
