Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney, based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in workers’ compensation and Social Security disability cases. Daily tasks include conducting legal research, providing sound legal advice, negotiating and litigating cases, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Collaboration with other attorneys and communication with clients will also be integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Legal Research
• Demonstrated skill in Negotiation and effective case resolution strategies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; active license to practice law in Texas
• Familiarity with workers’ compensation and Social Security disability law is advantageous
• Commitment to client advocacy and strong ethical standards
