Job Duties for the Restaurant General Manager include:
- Responsible for daily operations of the restaurant including FOH & BOH.
- Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
- Financial reporting responsibilities.
- Ensure the highest level of guest service and food standards are achieved.
Job Requirement for the Restaurant General Manager include:
- Ideally 2+ years of General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager experience.
- Quick service or fast food background.
- Must have BOH or Kitchen knowledge.
- Open availability to work.
- Financial knowledge such as P&L.
- Proven track record of leading a team.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and guests.
- Dynamic, outgoing personality.
