Description
The IT Manager leads the IT Department to deliver cost-effective, reliable, and secure technical solutions that enhance customer experience, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
What will you be doing:
1) IT Projects completed on time and within approved spending
2) Responsible for software and department costs
3) Application Reliability & Security
4) IT Team Responsiveness
5) IT Help Desk Ticket Root Causes Addressed
6) Data & Reporting Accuracy
7) Backups for All Team Members
8) IT Team Performance:
Requirements:
· Minimum 5-7years as a lead or sole Network Administrator
· Solid understanding of network concepts (OSI model, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
· Advanced knowledge of network administration including firewalls, routers, switches, and access points
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Advanced knowledge of switch, router, and firewall configuration and administration preferred
· Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager / Unity Connection Administration preferred
· WatchGuard VPN experience preferred
· VMWare ESXI Hypervisor Administration experience preferred
· Datto Backup and Recovery Administration experience preferred
· Powershell or other scripting language experience preferred

Projected salary of $125,800 - $165,650
