Preowned Vehicle Manager
St. Louis Metropolitan Area


EasyCare is actively recruiting experienced Preowned Vehicle Managers on behalf of our high performing dealer partners in the St. Louis metropolitan area. We are building a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future leadership openings within our dealer network. This is an opportunity to step into a results driven store that values strong leadership, disciplined inventory management, and a culture focused on performance and accountability.


What you will be responsible for:

  • Drive used vehicle sales, gross, and inventory turn
  • Manage and execute a disciplined appraisal and acquisition strategy
  • Oversee pricing, merchandising, and aging policies to maximize profitability
  • Work closely with Sales and F&I leadership to improve total dealership performance
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales teams to improve used vehicle conversion and productivity
  • Ensure consistent execution of CRM processes and follow up strategies
  • Maintain strong control over inventory mix, reconditioning timelines, and market competitiveness


About the process:

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Used Car Manager in a retail automotive dealership
  • Strong understanding of appraisal tools and market-based pricing strategies
  • Hands on leadership style with a willingness to work the desk and support the team
  • High level of accountability with a strong work ethic
  • Team oriented mindset with the ability to influence and develop others
  • Proficiency in CRM and DMS platforms
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in inventory and deal structure

  • Clean, market ready inventory with disciplined aging controls
  • Consistent used vehicle volume growth without sacrificing gross
  • A sales team that understands and executes a repeatable used car process
  • Strong collaboration between Sales, F&I, and Fixed Ops
