Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Sewickley Campus - is immediately hiring for an IT Intern.

As a IT Intern, you will carry out our Mission of Love by working side by side with knowledgeable IT support professionals. You will acquire knowledge, skills, and an understanding of IT's role in providing technical support services for Masonic Villages staff, residents, and other entities managed by the Masonic Villages.
Our IT Intern is responsible for the following:
- Provides support for customers by professionally answering the IT Help Desk phone, logging calls in the ticketing system, working with IT Support staff to resolve basic requests.
- Assist with various equipment tasks that could include but not limited to: setup of hardware, software apps, upgrades, installation, removal of computer equipment, and other tasks as needed. Complete necessary forms required to track inventory.
- Supports the Masonic Villages' computer systems, including all peripherals and communications equipment.
- Assist with other assignments, and gain experience in day-to-day IT operations, as needed.
- This position may be asked to travel on occasion.
What You Have:
- High school diploma or GED required, with an understanding of computer systems and/or technology.
- Excellent phone, language, verbal, and written communication skills.
