RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
\n
• Float position supporting ER hold, overflow units, adult and geriatric psych, and inpatient rehab units
\n• Will float to Med Surg, Tele, Surg/Ortho, and/or PCU units
\n• 2 years of nursing experience required
\n• Must have stepdown experience; critical care experience preferred
\n• Previous travel experience strongly preferred
\n• Cerner charting system experience preferred
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
\n• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN license in good standing required
\n• BSN preferred from accredited school of nursing
\n• Provide direct patient care and leadership within nursing team
\n• Utilize nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
\n• Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote evidence-based care
\n• Position designated as safety sensitive under Arkansas Act 593
\n• Must complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer
\n• Hard document due date 3 business days prior to start date
