ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Experience Specialist (SES) is a highly adaptable, cross-trained team member who ensures smooth daily operations, supports leadership, and enhances the guest experience. SES team members are skilled in multiple departments, allowing them to step into key roles as needed, take on specialized projects, and support the guest experience. They play a critical role in maintaining efficiency, problem-solving, and driving increased revenue and continuous improvement within venue operations.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years or older

Must have and maintain all required training

Must have a positive attendance record

Must be performing at a high level of their current position

Cannot be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)

Must have a positive working repertoire with the team (Peers, Leadership, Upper Management, etc.)

Must have open availability, if full time (limited exceptions apply depending on the position)

Must be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs

Must be able to stand for long periods
