$19.10 - $21.00 per hour
Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Signature Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a growing supply chain operation in Camp Hill! This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, supervising warehouse personnel, and ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations
- Prepare employee schedules and manage workflow
- Supervise, train, and coach warehouse team members
- Monitor productivity, quality, and performance standards
- Maintain excellent communication with management and staff
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support company quality and safety policies
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse supervisory experience required
- Experience in warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) environments preferred
- Forklift certification required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with WMS systems and RF scanners
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Lift, move, and handle objects of various sizes and weights
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift
- Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely
- Work in hot or cold warehouse environments
