This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a polished, high-volume environment. General Manager – Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring exceptional service
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards
- Manage inventory, labor, and cost controls
- Oversee financial performance and reporting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage scheduling and peak service execution
- Partner with kitchen leadership on operations
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure satisfaction
General Manager – Requirements:
- 4+ years restaurant management experience
- 2+ years General Manager experience
- Experience in $4M+ revenue restaurants
- Upscale or fine dining experience required
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience with Toast POS or similar systems
- Strong financial and operational knowledge
- Ability to work nights and weekends
