Position Title: SAP/OpenText DMS Migration Specialist
Location: Remote within the US
Duration: 6-month contract
Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
Work Arrangement: Remote
Payrate: $75.00 - $80.00

Who we are looking for / Requirements:
Our client is seeking candidates who are knowledgeable of the end-to-end ITP process: MM-LIV and FI integration, FI-AP, Payments, OpenText VIM and document archiving into ECM, SAP Basic TMS freight invoices, and VAT legal compliance for supplier invoices. VIM expertise is not needed for all cases. Payment cases must be addressed as well and would not need VIM experience. There are also other non-VIM cases.

Strong experience in SAP FI, with focus on Accounts Payable (FI-AP)
Knowledge of Payments / Banking processes (preferred)
Understanding of end-to-end Invoice-to-Pay (I2P / ITP) process
Experience with MM-LIV and FI integration
Basic knowledge of OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
Familiarity with invoice processing workflows (VIM and non-VIM scenarios)
Experience with document archiving into ECM systems
Exposure to SAP TMS (freight invoice processing)
Understanding of VAT / tax compliance for supplier invoices

Skillset:

Coupa, Vertex Tax, EDI, and OpenText Business Network Portal
SAP ABAP (Expert), SAP Workflow, FI-AP, MM-LIV, S/4HANA migrations
OpenText VIM (versions 3.4.7 through 23.4), Business Center, IES, Core Capture, BCC/ICC

Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:

Develop I2P (Invoice-to-Pay) test scripts to support defined test cases
Analyze and consolidate ~100 test scenarios across HK and CH into optimized scenarios
Ensure test scripts are data-independent with centrally maintained test data referenced to test cases
Support development and management of test data
Deliver test scripts and supporting data within required timelines (Mar 27 and Apr 10)
Create and modify China Golden Tax cXML files to align with test POs for VIM ingestion
Develop China Golden Tax legal XML invoices for compliance testing
Prepare PDF/manual invoice documents for VIM ingestion and OCR/BCC testing
Generate FI invoices to support payment-related test scenarios
Support parallel development of test scripts for C2 build
Develop training materials upon completion of test scripts
