Job Requirements\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of nursing experience required
- ICU experience required
- Critical care experience required
- At least 2 years of bedside clinical experience strongly preferred
- BLS certification required prior to first shift
- ACLS certification required prior to first shift
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within the required admission timeframe
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for LTAC patients
- Coordinate patient education and discharge planning from admission through discharge
- Provide timely, accurate documentation in the medical record
- Communicate patient status updates to the interdisciplinary care team to support continuity of care
- Support rehabilitation goals and promote quality outcomes for medically complex patients
- Supervise and guide LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff as appropriate
- Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered care environment
- Prioritize tasks effectively while delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care
