Job DescriptionLHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support our Real Estate, Construction & Development team in Tampa. This full-time, in-person position is ideal for someone with strong experience in real estate law, including commercial real estate, construction and development, land use matters, pre-/post-closing activity, and litigation support.
Responsibilities
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
- Conduct research on property records, land use regulations, zoning laws, and related real estate matters
- Apply procedural guidelines and requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Maintain and organize client files, case documents, and transaction records
- Provide administrative support, including phone coverage, correspondence handling, and scheduling
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, colleagues, and external contacts
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant in real estate law
- High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
