A growing outpatient practice in Hesperia, California is seeking an experienced Adult Physician Assistant with 5+ years of clinical experience to join a collaborative team focused primarily on women's health and adult care.
Position Highlights
- Primarily women's health and adult outpatient care
- Monday-Friday schedule
- No weekends or in-clinic holiday coverage
- 100% outpatient; no hospital responsibilities
- Shared phone call approximately one week per month
- Supportive physician and clinical team
- Manageable patient volume of approximately 11-14 patients per day, with gradual growth potential
Clinical Focus
- Well-woman exams and preventive care
- Contraception and family planning
- Common gynecologic conditions
- Adult preventive and primary care
- Chronic disease management
- Prenatal and postpartum care as appropriate
- Patient education and wellness
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Physician Assistant experience required
- Active California PA license or eligibility
- Strong adult outpatient clinical experience
- Women's health, OB/GYN, family medicine, or primary care experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
