Command Investigations, LLC is looking for a Facility Canvassing Investigator to become part of our Intelligence team. Schedule: Full-time, in-person 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay: $15-$17 per hour

What You will Do:
In this role, you will collect and verify information primarily through phone calls, while also utilizing online research, databases, and public records as needed. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate case materials including documentation, and supporting the investigative process by preparing clear, detailed reports and communicating effectively with both team members and occasionally external contacts.
- Make phone calls to facilities and other contacts to verify information and obtain records.
- Establish rapport quickly over the phone to obtain critical information.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold legal and ethical standards in all investigations.
- Occasionally conduct online research to gather information relevant to investigative cases.
- Compile accurate, detailed written reports based on findings.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and internet tools to organize and document work.
- Manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, facilities, and team members.
- Follow detailed instructions and adhere to investigative protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality work.
Special Note: This position functions in a call center–style environment. You will spend much of your day making outbound calls and handling incoming callbacks as part of the investigative process.
Requirements:

What You Will Bring:
- Prior experience not required but preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree in Criminal Justice or similar preferred
- Must meet eligibility requirements to be licensed as a Private Investigator in your state
- Familiarity with insurance and/or medical terminology preferred
- Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
- Must be able to work independently, provide excellent customer service, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Flexibility and effective time management are required
- Flexible to work overtime preferred
- Regular, predictable, and full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to work the required schedule
- Complete a Command Investigations, LLC employment application, submit to pre-employment tasks as required for employment
