Key Responsibilities
\n
Financial Reporting & Audit
\n
- \n
- Review Fund NAV packages, quarterly financial statements, notes disclosures, and supporting schedules in coordination with the fund administrator.
- Review partner capital statements in coordination with the fund administrator.
- Support annual fund audits, gathering supporting documentation and responding to auditor requests.
- Prepare management fee and carried interest waterfall calculations for review, in coordination with the fund administrator.

Tax

- Assist with quarterly tax estimates and filings in coordination with the tax team and external tax advisors.

Treasury & Liquidity Management
\n

- Support fund liquidity management, including preparation of borrowing requests, credit facility paydowns, day-to-day funding requirements, and investor capital call and distribution notices.
\n
\n
Management & Investor Reporting
\n
- \n
- Compile and analyze fund financial data and operating metrics for recurring and ad-hoc management reporting, including quarterly investor letters.
- Support the Investor Relations team with recurring and ad-hoc investor reporting, due diligence questionnaires, and fundraising-related requests.

Skills and Experience

Education & Experience
\n

- 6–7 years' experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting with a track record of strong performance.
- Ideally a blend of Big 4 / public accounting, in-house private fund accounting, and/or fund administrator experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher; CPA preferred.
