Location: Indiana (Fulton, Pulaski, Starke, Howard, cass county & surrounding counties)

Type: Full-Time | Commission + Base

Base Salary $ 55 000 per year plus Commission.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Agricultural Services Sales Representative to grow and manage relationships with local farmers, ag producers, and agribusinesses. This role focuses on selling custom aerial application.

If you understand farming, can talk inputs and timing with growers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, landowners, and ag managers
• Prospect new customers through farm visits, referrals, and local ag networks
• Sell custom aerial application (Plane,Drone and Helicopter)
• Generate quotes and convert leads into scheduled work
• Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate application timing and execution
• Maintain customer records, acreage tracking, and service notes
• Represent the company professionally at farm visits, meetings, and ag events

Qualifications

• Background in agriculture, agronomy, farming, or ag sales (preferred)
• Strong understanding of crop production cycles (corn, soybeans, wheat, etc.)
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work seasonal hours during peak application periods
