Job Details Salary: $16 to $20 per hour Job Type: Full Time Location: Nashville, TN 37211 Position Summary As a Lube Technician at Victory Nissan of Nashville, you will perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and fluid changes according to established procedures. Your work ensures vehicle safety and quality while supporting high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repair Check, top off, and replace fluids and filters including oil, brake, transmission fluids, and engine coolant Perform routine service inspections and standard maintenance tasks Complete documentation accurately following company and regulatory standards Assist with inventory stocking and shop appearance to maintain safety and efficiency Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business operations Work Environment and Schedule This is a full-time role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong communication skills are essential.
Job Requirement:Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record Professional, dependable, and safety-conscious work ethic Basic computer and internet skills Excellent communication skills Professional appearance Ability to read and comprehend instructions clearly Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required Previous automotive experience or training is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
