What You’ll Do

- Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and efficiently
- Train, mentor, and support pharmacists and technicians focused on excellent patient care
- Manage workflow, scheduling, and inventory to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and organizational policies
- Build positive relationships with patients and local healthcare providers
- Support clinical and wellness programs that enhance community health

What You’ll Need

- Active pharmacist license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure in OR)
- Prior experience in pharmacy management or leadership preferred
