Perform and lead compliance investigations to maintain and restore airworthiness, ensuring systemic issues are addressed. Work with cross-functional teams, ODA, and leadership to implement corrective actions and improve safety and compliance processes. Focus on aviation safety and regulatory adherence across all airplane systems.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct RCCA investigations for FAA Letters of Investigation, compliance actions, and airworthiness non-compliances.
• Identify systemic root causes, implement containment and corrective actions, verify non-recurrence.
• Coordinate with Boeing teams, ODA, and suppliers.
• Support continuous improvement of safety and compliance processes.

Must-Have Skills / Qualifications:

• 6+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Knowledge of FAA regulatory compliance and airplane operations.
• Strong communication, initiative, leadership, and ability to work with diverse teams.

Preferred:

• RCCA tools experience (5-Whys, Fishbone, Boeing Problem Solving Model).
• Pilot’s license or A&P license.
