VCS is looking for an Airport Ambassador for one of our clients in Charleston, SC. Earn Gift Cards up to $250 every Month.

Pay Rate: $18/hr.

**Attendance/Performance Appreciation: Up to $250/Month as Gift Cards (Non-Taxable)**

Shifts available:
- 1st: 3a-10a (M-F)
- 2nd: 10a-5p (M-F)
- 3rd: 5p-3a (M-F)
- Weekend 3a-3p Sat-Sun

The weekend shift can be flexible.
Contract: 3 to 6 months(with possible extension by the client)

An Airport Ambassador, or Guide, serves as a point of contact for passengers, providing assistance, information, and a friendly presence at the airport. Key responsibilities include offering guidance on airport services, helping with curbside and luggage assistance, making ground transportation arrangements, resolving basic inquiries, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role often requires working long hours on their feet, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may involve wearing a uniform.

Common Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Providing a positive experience for passengers by being helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic.
• Information and Guidance: Answering questions about airport services, amenities, and facilities.
• Passenger Assistance: Offering help with luggage, curbside assistance, and guiding passengers to their destinations.
• Transportation Arrangements: Assisting with ground transportation to and from the airport.
• Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving routine inquiries and issues, escalating complex ones to senior staff.
• Safety and Security: Adhering to and following all security and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Communication: Engaging with passengers and staff, exhibiting strong verbal communication skills.

• Physical Demands: Requires standing and walking for extended periods.
• Flexible Scheduling: May involve working long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Uniform: Typically requires wearing a uniform as part of the role.
