ROLE OVERVIEW
\n
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment. Work independently with full
\n
ownership of assigned tasks, minimize unscheduled downtime, and maintain a safe and compliant manufacturing
\n
environment. This is a hands-on floor role requiring mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic expertise.
\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n

- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment using prints, schematics, and technical manuals; assist with
\n
\n
machine setups as needed.
\n
- \n
- Perform scheduled PMs and reactive repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Fabricate, assemble, and install equipment components as required.
- Conduct routine safety checks; enforce lockout/tagout procedures and report compliance issues to supervisor.
- Monitor equipment performance and drive proactive steps to reduce unscheduled downtime.
- Log all tasks and parts usage in MP2 (CMMS) accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment per housekeeping and safety policy.

REQUIREMENTS
\n
Experience 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance; must meet all Mechanic I qualifications
\n
Technical Skills Electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical repair, fabrication/welding
\n
Shop Equipment Mills, lathes, drill presses, band saws, welders
\n
Systems MP2 or equivalent CMMS; basic PC/keyboard proficiency
\n
