Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose mental health conditions when necessary, utilizing standardized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform your individualized treatment plans.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate treatment strategies and objectives to promote patient safety and mental health symptom reduction.

  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, including treatment records and progress notes, in compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies.

  • Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

  • Coordinate referrals to other service providers and act as a liaison between patients and their treatment teams, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care.

  • Supervise and mentor students, interns, and less experienced clinicians, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.

  • Engage in clinical collaboration, peer reviews, and team meetings to enhance team dynamics and efficacy in patient care.

You will primarily work with patients and families affected by cancer, addressing the emotional and psychological challenges associated with their diagnoses. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
