Full and part-time seasonal positions are available.
Responsibilities:
- Operates the cash register and handles cash/credit transactions with customers
- Provides excellent customer service to enhance our guests experience at the resort
- Resolves customer complaints guides them, and provides relevant information
- Responsible for turning in all cash, credit reports, and receipts into Cash Control
- Keeps ticket station/booth clean and organized
- Maintains thorough knowledge of all types of products and services
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Computer proficiency and ability to operate a cash register
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Must maintain a neat and orderly appearance
- Ability to communicate effectively and handle guests and employees with courtesy.
- Must have adequate transportation to and from work.
