$125,500 - $297,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and guide them through the home buying or selling process.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, providing clients with valuable insights and information.
- Manage transaction processes from start to finish, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Utilize our proven systems to generate and nurture leads, building a robust client pipeline.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends to better serve clients and the team.
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues.
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and details are not overlooked.
